The land of many wonders, Egypt holidays have been attracting tourists to golden shores for thousands of years so there’s been plenty of time to get things right! And if it’s ancient wonders you’re after, Egypt holidays in 2017 should be your first port of call. This famous city of Luxor (once known as Thebes) has huge temples, colossal statues and intricate hieroglyph-covered tombs in abundance. Based on the Nile River, it’s often a major stopping point if you’re on a Nile cruise during your Egypt holidays, as is Aswan, around 150km south of Luxor.
But if you’d rather make relaxing on the beach your priority, you’ll prefer Sharm el Sheikh holidays. Many of the all inclusive holidays to Sharm el Sheikh feature their own private beaches, and the colourful coral reefs in the sea have to be seen to be believed. It’s a great place for clubbing too, just as the region of Hurghada is. However, what Hurghada also offers is purpose-built resorts for all inclusive holidays with outstanding golf courses, spas and unspoilt dive sites. While MarsaAlam and Taba offer a different side of Egypt holidays again, quiet and unspoilt, with the unending desert in the distance. Whether you’re going to relax in a peaceful spot or aiming for active diving excursions, all inclusive Egypt holidays will be exactly what you’re looking for. See the summaries of holidays to each region below to find out more:
