Question: "I have not received my flight tickets - what should I do?"

    With the majority of airlines, you will be issued with a flight voucher, or e-ticket, within 48 to 72 hours of booking. These will be available for you to download at your leisure from your Manage Booking area.

    Some airlines still issue traditional tickets which we generally receive between 7 and 21 nights prior to your departure.

    In the unlikely event that you have not received your tickets 4 days prior to travel, there’s no need to worry – just email us or call our customer service team on 01274 422 177 who will arrange a "Ticket on Departure" for you.
