Paxos is a small island just south of Corfu. One of Greece’s smallest islands and one of its prettiest, Paxos can be crossed on foot – the best way to see it all! With a peaceful air and great scenery, Sunmaster holidays to Paxos are a rare treat!
Paxos has some of the nicest beaches in Greece. Sunmaster recommend the beaches on the east coast of Paxos as these are the best on the island. A boat trip around Paxos will show you the best coves, bays and beaches. The beaches are either pebbly or sandy but what the beaches all have in common is the typical waters of Greece – crystal clear, shimmering blue seas! With sea like this, who needs the beach! The west coast of Paxos is more rugged with the wilder beauty of Greece – cliffs and countryside!
Paxos offers both lively and quiet spots on the island – which, as Sunmaster knows, is what makes a great holiday! Areas such as Lakka have a busier beach and a few more bars whereas hamlets like Magazia have a true taste of Greece – secluded, friendly and gorgeous!
