Mainland Spain Holidays

Incredibly popular for over 40 years now, the glorious coastline of Spain has holidaymakers coming back year after year. There’s a surprising amount of variation between holidays in Spain too. It may be partly due to the Catalan culture that pervades much more strongly in the north, so Costa Dorada and Costa Brava holidays have a similar relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful architecture in their main cities and chilled beachside resorts. In contrast, the more popular southern stretch of coast where you’ll find Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca holidays has a much more package and entertainment oriented approach. Many of the entertainment venues, bars and restaurants on holidays here are focused towards British tourists, so it’s quite easy to enjoy all your home comforts. With huge casinos, zoos and water parks you’ll never be short of things to do on these holidays either. Finally Costa de Almeria, the quietest of all holidays to Spain, is best suited to those who wish to immerse themselves in the Iberian way of life. Read on for a short summary of the different destinations available for holidays to Spain 2015:
