On the south-west coast of Lanzarote is Puerto Calero, the quietest resort on the island! Host to one of the best marinas of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero is the place to go if you want a touch of class, fantastic views and relaxation!
Although Puerto Calero is quiet by comparison to Lanzarote’s busier resorts that doesn’t mean you’ll be bored here! Puerto Calero also has a fascinating whale and dolphin museum and boat and submarine trips so you might get chance to spot the real things! For those holiday makers who like the occasional dazzling night out or who want to relax on a sun-kissed golden beach, then Puerto Del Carmen is only a short distance away and a free day-time bus service runs from Puerto Calero to Puerto Del Carmen. Lanzarote is a beautiful island so it’s worth arranging trips to see some of the islands attractions such as the moonscape of Timanfaya National Park.
