“Are Sunmaster ATOL protected?”

Answer:

The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays you book with us, and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency.

We provide this security by way of a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL number 3973.

This means that in the event of our insolvency you will not be left stranded abroad or any money you have paid to us for an advance booking will be refunded except where your contracted arrangements with us do not include transport to and from the UK. In this case, if already abroad, you will be returned to the point where your contracted arrangements with us commenced. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk
