“Are you members of ABTA?”

Answer:

Sunmaster are not members of ABTA, but are members of The Global Travel Group.

Whilst booking with an ABTA member is often regarded as “a must”, in reality ABTA no longer provides the robust consumer protection that people believe it offers – ever since it removed the financial protection it offered to customers through its travel agents bonding scheme In 2006.

The Global Travel Group provides this all-important financial protection in the form of a "Customer Protection Guarantee Scheme". This protects your hard earned money in a trust account and is the equivalent of an ABTA bond. This means in the very unlikely event of our financial failure, your money is absolutely safe and will be paid to the operator as normal.
