What do I do when I arrive at my hotel?
You will receive a hotel voucher from Sunmaster Holidays which should be presented to the hotel reception upon arrival.

Can I change the hotel I have booked?
In certain circumstances we are able to change hotels prior to travel. Unfortunately because this is a time consuming, complex procedure for us and the operators involved, we must therefore charge an administration fee of £100 plus any increase in accommodation cost. Therefore before contacting us please think carefully why you would like to change hotel. For example if you’ve read poor reviews for your hotel, please remember that thousands of people use these hotels every year and therefore the negative views only represent a VERY small percentage of the people who have stayed at an hotel. All our hotels are checked regularly by our providers and any that are found to receive an unusually large amount of complaints will be dropped from our programme. But ultimately we want you to be happy with your holiday choice so if after considering the above you still require a hotel change please e-mail us or call our after sales team on 01274 422177 who will be able to advise you of your options and costs.

Who do I contact if I have a problem in resort?
If you have any problems in resort please contact your hotel reception as soon as possible. Your accommodation supplier (detailed on your hotel voucher) may also have a dedicated representative that will also help with problems regarding your accommodation, their contact details will be available on the information board in reception or from your hotel receptionist.

Can I book a late checkout?
We have no facility available for us to book this for guests before arrival, we can make a request for a late check out room for you but as with all requests we are unable to guarantee this. You should speak to the hotel reception upon your arrival who will advise on availability and cost.

Can I add special requests to my hotel booking?
We are happy to add any special requests you may have at the time of booking. Please note that these are just requests and are therefore not guaranteed and Sunmaster Holidays have no control over which requests are granted by the hotel.
