Prina
Situated in the east of Crete is the unspoilt resort Prina. Not yet discovered by mainstream tourism, Prina is a village that shows the traditional Crete. With fantastic scenery and a quiet rural atmosphere, you can really get away from it all in Prina!
Prina has lots of small streets that sport quaint shops where you can spend pleasant hours wandering around. The surrounding countryside goes on and on and has some delightful walks you can go and once you return, the laid-back tavernas of Prina are ready to serve you up a fantastic meal followed by a quiet drink with the locals!
The nearby beach of Istron makes a pleasant day out, to lie on the golden sands and do nothing but dream! The bars of Istron aren't too bad either! If you come to Prina, hiring a car is often a good bet so you can discover more of the lovely Crete – although we doubt you'll find anywhere quite as lovely as Prina!
