Situated on the east of Corfu is the popular holiday resort of Gouvia. Home to Corfu's main marina, Gouvia is a lively holiday destination where you'll never be short of things to do!
Early evening walks to the marina will find you surrounded by huge yachts, lit up and gently bobbing on the waves. Close by to the marina is the curving bay of Gouvia, a picture of golden sands and turquoise waves. With lots of water sports on offer, the beach has more going for it than most in Corfu. If the beach becomes too much of a chore though, there's always the nearby water park!
Gouvia holidays are terrific for walking. Gouvia is set amongst lush hills, citrus trees and olive groves so walking is a favourite pastime of many. Gouvia has many shops where you can pick up some truly unique holiday souvenirs. The many bars, clubs and restaurants of Gouvia also ensure that your night times are as fun-filled as your day times!
