Set on the north-east coast of Corfu is the up-market resort of Agios Stefanos. Agios Stefanos remains relatively untouched by the high-rise craze that has swept through Greece so the village has a very traditional feel to it. Agios Stefanos has the laid-back atmosphere that is typical to Greece and is one you'll quickly fall in love with!
Aghios Stefanos has a gorgeous bay that is lined with sleekly gleaming yachts that sail the waters around Greece and Corfu – walking around or near these yachts may result in drooling! The waters around Aghios Stefanos are perfect for snorkelling as is most of the water around Greece and Corfu – if you forget your snorkel, shops around Aghios Stefanos stock plenty so there's no need to worry! From the small pebble and sand beach, you can recline with some fantastic views of Albania which seems to lie close enough to swim to!
Near to Aghios Stefanos is the Eremitis Nature Reserve where horse-riding is one of the options for sight-seeing. With plenty of shops, boats for hire, fishing jetties and even boat trips to Albania, you'll always have something to do in Agios Stefanos!
The locals of Agios Stefanos are extremely friendly which makes it a pleasure to visit the local tavernas for a nice dish of Stifado or freshly caught fish. After dinner, the cocktail bars of Agios Stefanos offer a lively evening out – you'll hardly be able to tear yourself away from the lovely Agios Stefanos!
