Collect Holiday Documents
Your private and individual “Manage Booking” area of the website is available for you to access at your leisure - any time, day or night, 24-7 - and contains all of your booking details and holiday documents. You will receive an email providing you with a secure link to access this area within 72 hours of booking. It is essential that you log-in as soon as you receive this email to check your booking details are as you expect them to be. You will receive further emails if, and when, any of your holiday details or documents are subsequently updated.
Make a Payment
To submit an online payment towards your holiday, or to pay your balance, simply complete our online payment form here.
Submit Passport Details
Most airlines now require you to provide them with passport details for each person on the booking. Some airlines will require you to submit the details directly to them via their own website. If you need to do this, you will find instructions within your “Manage Booking” area. If you haven’t received these instructions, please submit your details here.
Add Checked-in Luggage
If you wish to add any additional luggage on to your booking, simply click here to complete our short form and a member of our customer service team will contact you within 4 days to confirm any additional costs with you. If you are due to travel in the next five days, please call our customer service team on 0844 493 0009 and they will add the luggage on for you.
Make Name Changes
It is essential that the names on your booking exactly match with the passports of the people who are actually travelling. If you need to make any changes to any of the names on your booking, please click here to fill in a simple online form. We’ll then contact you within 4 days to let you know how much the changes will cost.
