Coma Ruga Holidays

Coma Ruga Overview

Peaceful village: A very quiet coastal resort, Coma Ruga holidays only have a smattering of all inclusive hotels, bar and restaurants based around a lovely golden beach. That makes it an ideal place for purely relaxing and getting away from it all.

Activities in Coma Ruga

Centre de Golf El Vendrell: This trim, well-maintained 18 hole pitch and putt course is just 2km away from Coma Ruga. It has two water features, as well as many sandy bunkers and challenging fairways. That’s not forgetting the fabulous views of the dusky brown mountains in the distance.

Beaches in Coma Ruga

Coma Ruga Beach: This expansive stretch of golden sand is the main reason people choose to have their holidays in Coma Ruga. You’ll enjoy the quiet, sedate pace of life here as well as the calm clear waters which lap gently against the beach.

Restaurants in Coma Ruga

Marmaris restaurant: No, we’re not talking about holidays to Turkey here; Marmaris is actually the name of this restaurant! Despite the rather unusual name, this eatery serves up some real Spanish delights. And as it’s on the second floor the experience is made even better by the amazing views you get of Coma Ruga from the higher location.

Joila: Another typically Spanish restaurant, which is to be expected as Coma Ruga is such a small resort. The food here is very traditional, which is in contrast to the sleek, modern decor of dark blue and black tones. There’s also an extensive wine list to accompany your food.

Nightlife in Coma Ruga

Relaxed evenings: Coma Ruga holidays are authentically Spanish, so you can also expect the bars to be suitably Spanish too. Many of them also double up as restaurants, but they certainly aren’t open as late as can be the custom for other holidays in Spain. We’d recommend Bar Zaragoza, Alaska Bar or Bar Poppet as the best the area has to offer. They’re wonderful places to relax with a drink in hand and absorb the Spanish way of life.
