The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are offered from 11:00-16:00 and 21:30-23:00. Afternoon tea and coffee with cakes as well as ice cream are available from 16:00-18:30. An unlimited amount of hot, soft and locally produced alcoholic drinks are served from 11:00-23:00.

Accommodation
The hotel is built in a typical Canarian bungalow style and disposes of 205 units. All rooms are equipped with a direct telephone, piped music, air conditioning, satellite television, pay per view, safety deposit box, kitchenette and a large terrace. The bathrooms have hairdryer. The Superior Apartments are located on the top floor with a large terrace, all with the bedrooms separate from the hall and the bathrooms have Jacuzzi.
