Accommodation The comfortable rooms are simply furnished and all have twin beds, telephone, Satellite TV (payable locally), safety deposit box, private bathroom with bath and shower and a terrace or balcony. There is a cleaning service three times per week (Towels changed three times per week and sheets once per week). Cots are provided on request and will count as 1 person in the room regarding room occupancy.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Hot &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; cold snacks like ham &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; cheese sandwiches, chips, croissants, ice cream, crisps as well as soft drinks are available from 11:00-12:00 &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; 15:30-17:30. Afternoon tea and coffee time is between 15:30 &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; 17:30. Unlimited selection of locally produced alcoholic &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee is served from 11:0o-23:00 at selected bars on rotation; pool bar (11:00-18:00), main bar (18:00-23:00) and bar Plaza (20:00-24:00). Packed lunch can also be ordered at reception the night before.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, squash and table tennis as well as activities organised by the animation team from 11:00-15:00. There is also a playground area for kids, a mini disco and a full programme of evening entertainment for all. Deposit required for the use of the safety deposit boxes and all sport equipment.

Floodlit tennis and the room TVs are available at a charge.

The hotel has a 24 hour reception, an excellent swimming pool with childrens section, and spacious sun terraces with free sun beds. Guests willl also find a games room with pool tables and electronic games and a mini market for those holiday essentials along with the three bars and the main restaurant. Highchairs and cots are provided free of charge upon request.
All Inclusive General Info

Upon arrival guests will receive an identification bracelet that allows them to take full advantage of the AI services. This bracelet must be worn at all times. Dress code applies in the restaurant. Alcoholic drinks will only be served to guests above the age of 18.
Useful information on Distances

Tenerife South airport is 18km away while the North Airport is approx 90km away. The resort centre is 2km away.

Errata (estimated from Jun 01, 2006 to Jun 01, 2008)

Building works will take place next door to the hotel (building of a new apartment complex)from 1st June 2006 for approx 2 years, however the main excavation work will take place in the first 6 months, June 2006-Nov 2006. Hours of work 9:00-17:00 hrs. A green zone and wall will be built to help block the view of the works. Some rooms will lose their sea view but most rooms will not be affected. Guests will be offered room changes if their view is affected. Courtesy bus trips to Playa de las Americas will be increased if their is a demand.
