Accommodation
The spacious apartments and studios (106 in total) are warmly decorated in bright spring colours and comfortable pine furniture and all enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle), a full bathroom (including hairdryer), telephone, satellite TV (local charge) and safety deposit box (local charge). Studios accomodate two people and in one room with twin beds and a sofa, while the one bedroom apartments are larger, sleeping up to 4 people with a lounge area (sofa bed) a separate twin bedroom.
Facilities & Services
The Neptuno has a 24 hour reception offering money exchange, photo developing and other services. On site a self service launderette will be found, as well as internet point, telephone, fax, pool bar, restaurant and an Old Tavern Bar, so that guests would never feel the need to stray far from the complex. There is even a mini market nearby for those holiday essentials, and a short walk reveals a choice of excellent shops, bars and restaurants. The complex also offers guests a free courtesy bus service to the beach and resort centre, as well as a baggage storage and shower facility on departure day.
Sports & Leisure
The complex boasts 3 swimming pools (main pool, childrens pool and small heated pool open in winter) and spacious sun decks (payable locally) where guests can relax and take in the warm Tenerife sun. For those who are more energetic there is a small gymnasium with massage service (payable locally) and a badminton court. To keep the little ones occupied a childrens play area will be found, in addition to electronic games, table football and pool tables.
