The hotel has 391 tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms in 6 individual buildings with a maximum of 5 floors each all equipped with telephone, satellite TV, music channel, mini bar, safety deposit box, air conditioning, hairdryer, bath, shower, bidet, WC, furnished balcony or terrace. Guests can reserve rooms with sea views. Single-occupied double rooms available. There are also executive rooms which are identically equipped but more spacious, duplex suites, (2 levels) with lounge and bathroom on the lower level, bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, optional lateral or direct sea view, family rooms and a separate complex with 26 superior suites (separate living and bedroom, bathroom), with private heated freshwater pool in exotic gardens. Please note: Max occupancy in twin rooms - 2 adults & 1 child or infant (baby cot).

In the extensive garden areas guests will find heated freshwater pools and a seawater pool measuring nearly 2000 sqm, two childrens pools, sun terraces, sun loungers with cushions and parasols and towel service. The hotel has table tennis and bowls. Guests can also find billiards on extra charge. Furthermore, there is an entertainment program provided 7 days a week and run by the professional entertainment team. It offers animation during the day with also evening shows. The entertainment program includes life music five days a week. Separate from the main building are the buffet restaurant, the a la carte restaurant, the Spanish Bodega, the barbecue restaurant, the Portofino Italian restaurant and bars. The hotel serves breakfast buffet and evening meal in the buffet restaurant or optionally in the a la carte restaurant as part of the half board.
