Location

The Bonanza Apartments are just 400 metres from the beach and the resort centre. This therefore makes them an excellent place to enjoy a quiet break in relaxing surroundings, whilst still being in easy reach of the lively parts of Playa De Las Americas. Other usefull distances include: bus station 200 m , distance from Reina Sofia airport about (TFS) 18 - 20 km, distance from Los Cristianos Harbour about 2 - 3 km.

Accommodation

The aparthotel consists of 139 units (studios and apartments). All units have been recently refurbished and dispose of a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and 2 rings with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, bathroom, bath with handheld shower and direct dial telephone, safe and TV for rent (in room), with balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or pool. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy. Cleaning 5 x week, change of linen 2 x week, change of towels 3 x week.

The Bonanza disposes of a pleasant restaurant with nice outdoor sitting terrace serving buffet breakfast and meals (with show cooking), a pool bar serving drinks and all sorts of light snacks during daytime. Plenty of bars and restaurants are available nearby

In addition to the pool there is also a new beach volleyball court. Nearby there is the Golf course Las Americas about 900 m to the club house, water sport facilities nearby on the beach. Siam Park will be next to the complex.

The complex comprises of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas, each having the luxury of a private pool and sun terrace. Each villa has been decorated and furnished in unique style to the highest standard, with marble floors, stylish wooden furniture and luxury bathroom. All of the villas have air-conditioning, music centre, plasma TV, DVD player, Internet access, telephone and safe. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The elegant bathrooms have a bath and shower and / or hydro-massage pool.
