The Hotel offers medical centre and chemist are placed in the same building, self service laundry with token, parking area without surveillance, internet centre, H10 family club programme/baby club takes care of children between 6 months - 3 years old, mini-club daisy is available for children between 4- 8 years old and also for 9 - 12 years old, junior club for teenagers (from 13 years old), entertainment programmes are available for children, babysitting is also available.

There is a Lounge Bar with TV room and night animations with live music or shows. The Snack Bar is situated at the pool area. There is a restaurant with buffet service for breakfast and dinner. Theme Buffet served three times a week.
