Location

Hotel is only 2km far from the airport, 4km from the capital Santa Cruz de la Palma, 500m from a beach with black sand, 50 100m from restaurants, bars, commercial area and a bus stop. Guest should note there are no transfers available.

Accommodation

The hotel consists of six buildings with 182 apartments in total and four lifts. These luxurious apartments are equipped with a bedroom with king size bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge and vitro ceramic cooking rings, sitting area with SAT TV, telephone, safety box (at a charge), fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer and terrace or balcony with terrace furniture.

A series of services is offered by the hotel, like car rental, excursion information & booking, a 24 hour reception, medical & taxi service at the reception, living room, play area, sun terrace with sun beds & umbrellas, stairs and ramps and a supermarket. Food & Beverage

The buffet restaurant provides large breakfast buffet (07:30 - 10:30) including cold and warm delicacies and evening meal (6:30 - 10:00) with a variety of local and international cuisine. Evening meal includes both cold and warm buffet and once per week theres a special theme buffet. Alternatively, there is an A la Carte restaurant on site. For refreshments the hotels bar serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day. Guests shall enjoy themselves at the Snack Bar, opening at 10:00 till 18:00, so as later on to join a relaxing atmosphere at the Lounge Bar staying open till midnight.

Sports & Leisure

At the disposal of the costumers there are three swimming pools, an acclimatised part of the pool and a separate childrens pool. There is also a paddle court.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-16:00) and dinner (18:00-21:30), all in buffet style. Breakfast And dinner are served in the Puerto Naos main restaurant while lunch at the Los Tilos restaurant. During breakfast hot drinks, coffee, milk, cacao and a variety of teas are offered; during lunch And dinner, house wine (white, rose, red), water, soft drinks (cola, naranja, lemon), beer and non-alcoholic beer (bottle). At lunch guests can also have cake, ice and fruit. Snacks such as sandwiches, hamburgers, etc are available at the snack bar Piscina (10:00-18:00) and the snack bar Playa (12:00-18:00).
