The Hotel offers various services and facilities such as hairdressing salon, wellness centre, nude sunbathing terrace, TV and video room, in-house ATM, portiere service, washing machine and dryer, and an in-house internet cafand#233;.

Sports and Leisure

There is a heated swimming pool and a children's pool. At the nearby area there are 6 golf courses. There is a tennis court with artificial grass with quartz sand. It is floodlit and can organise lessons with a trainer at an extra charge. Other sports include table tennis, giant chess, shuffleboard, boccia, darts, airgun shooting and billiards. Introductory and beginner diving courses are available at the hotel and diving schools in the area offer guests an opportunity to complete an entire diving course during their stay. There is also a gym where sauna (mornings for a charge), massage (extra charge), gymnastics, water gymnastics, cosmetics service are available upon request. Every evening, there is an entertainment line-up in the Bar-Salon adjacent to the terrace. Besides professional shows that alternate daily, dancing is also on offer, either to music selected and played by one of the DJs or several times a week to live music.

Facilities at the hotel include free sauna from 16:00, gymnasium, archery, billiards, table tennis, day and evening activities, etc.

Accommodation

The Hotel features a total of 256 accommodations consisted of standard rooms, junior suites, and apartments. Standard rooms have their own balcony or patio, satellite TV, a mini-bar, air conditioning, telephone with direct dialling, radio and a safe (extra charge). They all offer enough room for an additional bed or cot. Bathrooms offer shower or bathtub, toilette and blow dryer; bathrobe service is, of course, also available. Junior Suites include a large living room/bedroom and a spacious bathroom with everything the most discerning of guests could desire. Apartments are corner rooms offering separate living room and bedroom, also an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Food and Beverage

There is a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner buffet style, while lunch is served a la carte. At the evening, you enjoy the large cold and hot theme buffets with a barbecue on the open patio or in the restaurant. There is a pool bar surrounded by sub-tropical vegetation offers refreshments, tropical cocktails and an afternoon tea party with tea, coffee, home-made cakes and baked goods.

All Inclusive Food and Drinks

The AI programme consists of early continental breakfast (05:00-08:00 for early departures or excursions), breakfast (08:00-10:30), late sleepers continental breakfast (11:00-12:00), lunch (13:00-15:00 light snacks with hot and cold dishes, salad buffet and grill station) and dinner (18:00-21:30 different themes with hot and cold dishes), all served buffet style in the main restaurant. During meals beer and house wine (in carafe) are offered. Afternoon tea and coffee with cakes are between 15:00-17:00 at the pool bar. A selection of alcoholic drinks as well soft drinks (all national) are served from 11:00-23:00 in all bars and restaurants (subject to relevant opening times). The Sandy Beach disposes of one restaurant, terrace bar, pool bar and lounge bar serving drinks to AI clients.

Useful Information on Distances

The Hotel is located about 200 m (600 ft.) from the 7 km (4 mile) long sand beach, 35 km (20 miles) to the Las Palmas airport (PMI), 57 km (35 miles) to the capital Las Palmas. Bus service is available.
