Costa Meloneras is a newly developed holiday destination with attractive hotels and a beautiful promenade to the west of the Maspalomas lighthouse.

Maspalomas lies on the southernmost tip of Grand Canary. Maspalomas seems to be a palm-ringed oasis with tropical vegetation on the edge of the sand dunes. Maspalomas is a favoured holiday area with some extremely comfortable hotels and bungalows.

Accommodation

There are 561 hotel rooms distributed in 521 twin rooms and 40 suites. The modern and spacious rooms all have bathroom with WC and separate bidet, bathtub, as well as separate shower and hairdryer.
The room equipment consists of air conditioning, direct phone, safe (with extra charge), minibar, separate dressing room, writing desk, satellite TV, sitting-area and furnished balcony.

Dining & Bar Facilities

Variety and quality of this five star hotel are also reflected in the gastronomic offer: there are 5 bars with different ambiences as well as 4 restaurants offering different culinary specialties every day, the buffet-style restaurant LA PLAZA, the restaurant (snack-caf) EL PATIO, the Italian la carte restaurant OVO and the salad-grill Bar ALPENDRE in the pool area. Half board consists of breakfast and dinner and both are served at the buffet restaurant. During dinner guests can enjoy a large choice of dishes at the buffet which also includes show cooking. A select menu of Mediterranean food with -la-carte service is offered in the Club Restaurant Ovo. This service may not be used to have your half board dinner. The hotel has also got mini-bar and room service.

Sports & Leisure

An outstanding space for relaxation and wellness with the most sophisticated methods and applications using salt water and massages on a surface of 1.200 square metres. This most innovative centre opened its doors in winter of 2005.
Apart from a large choice of treatment services in private rooms the centre also offers a two and a half hours lasting circuit called Thalasso Experience which gives customers the opportunity to enjoy attractive facilities and services such as a salt water vitality pool under a spectacular central cupola, steam baths with different aromas, a sauna with chromo-therapy, a pavilion for seawater inhalations and a floatation pool with special light and colour system.
