Childrens Facilities:

Mini club program runs from 11:00am-13:00 and than again from 15:00-17:00. Mini disco daily at 20:15. Teenagers from the age of 12 to 17 years of age also have facilities such as fitness centre, Lobby, Theatre etc.. Baby sitting service is available from Tuesday until Sunday from 09:00-12:00pm (this service must be booked in advance).

Facilities:

The shopping mall comprises shops selling international newspapers, souvenirs and beach articles, hairdressers, an amusements hall and a beer hall with a choice of draught beers, sandwiches, hot dogs and tapas. Six of the swimming pools are textile; they have large sunbathing terraces and plenty of free sun beds and umbrellas. Daily maid service with towel change; linen changed three times per week. The resort is self-sufficient in excellent facilities, activities and entertainment; as yet there are not any amenities in the immediate vicinity outside as the hotel has been built in a newly developed area.

Sports and Leisure:

There are endless activities (all textile) grouped around the well equipped Sports and Fitness Center. These include tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, handball, basketball, water polo, aerobics, water aerobics, archery, carbine and handgun shooting, boccia (boule), pool, darts, croquet, shuffleboard and dancing lessons. Off-site, there are optional opportunities for wind and kite surfing (Pro Centre Rene Egli), snorkeling and diving, including tuition, big game fishing and mountain biking all charges to be paid locally.

Entertainment:

The hotel has its own 450-seater theatre/auditorium for a daily program of shows and competitions organized by a professional team from the Occidental Fun Club. In the Lobby Bar there is dancing to live music every evening. There is also a disco and a mini cinema. In the Sports Bar national and international events from satellite TV are broadcast on individual sets and a big screen every afternoon/evening. Karaoke, darts and pool facilities are also available here.

Accommodation:

The hotel has 711 rooms in five buildings all with air-conditioning, large twin beds, a sitting area with a table and two chairs, dressing table, ceiling fan, free mini bar (re-stocked with locally made drinks every other day), safe deposit box, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer, private facilities and balcony with sea view.

Food and Drink:

The hotel operates on an All-Inclusive basis. There are seven restaurants: the international buffet La Giralda is where most of the main meals are taken. Meals in the Italian and Mexican restaurants and the Barbecue Steak House have to be pre-booked. There is also a pizzeria, brasserie (for lunch and all-day hot dogs and hamburgers) and an ice-cream parlour. Note: Gentlemen are to wear long trousers for dinner. Five bars include a pool bar, which also serves snacks. Unlimited locally produced wine, beer, gin, rum, brandy, vodka and whisky as well as soft drinks, tea, coffee and mineral water are available free for at least 12 hours every day in all the hotel's bars and restaurants.

All Inclusive Food and Drinks:

There is a full board consisting of a Breakfast Buffet: 07:00-10:30, Continental Breakfast from 10:00-12:00, International Lunch Buffet from 13:00-15:00 and International Dinner buffet is available at the la Grialda Restaurant from 18:30-22:00. There are four other restaurants (Mexican, Italian, barbecue and Chinese) all must be pre-booked and the reservations will be taken from Monday to Sunday between 09:00-16:00 in the entrance hall of La Giralda restaurant. Cold Snacks will be served from 11:00-24:00. Tea, cakes and ice creams will be served from 14:30-18:00. There are five bars available for the AI guest: Lobby Bar 10:00-23:00, Pool Bar 11:00-17:00, Bar Animation 18:30-24:00, Sports Bar 19:00-24:00 and Bar Natural open from 09:00-18:00 (this is a self service) serving various AI drinks.

All Inclusive Sport and Entertainment:

For those who prefer an active holiday there are various sports and leisure activities available such as: Tennis, Paddle, Soccer-tennis, Handball, Water polo, Water ball, Dancing lessons, Rifle shooting, Fitness, Aerobics, Water gym, Table tennis, Billiards, Darts, Board games, Sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Massage, Windsurfing and Kite boarding. Various International shows, Mini-Cinema, Life music, Folk dance, Humorists, Animation shows and Disco are available for AI guest.
