This resort is definitely not the place if you are looking for a developed resort like Magaluf and this might just be the place if you are looking for some place to relax and spend your time.

There is more to Majorca than overcrowded beaches and rowdy tourists. The island has some very unique, pristine attractions that are just waiting to be discovered by the traveller. Running parallel to the coast of the beautiful Spanish island, Sierra de Tramuntana is a chain of mountains that are a curious departure from alpine resorts around the continent. The famed haunt of notable figures including artists and aristocrats, the beautiful mountain chain has an air of romance and mystery about it. With air as crisp as the higher Alps of Europe yet presenting some beautiful vistas of the deep blue Mediterranean from its pristine peaks, the Sierra de Tramuntana offer a unique experience that is unlike anything else in the Mediterranean region.

The highest peak of the Balearics, Puig Major stands proud at 1,445 metres above seal level. The region also posseses quaint little mountain villages such as Soller, Pollenca and Valldemossa. The tower of Sa Callobra presents a stunning view where the Sierra de Tramuntana meets the deep blue sea.
