
Aguimes is a small town with landscapes and a treasury crafts and legends. The canyon of Barranco De Guayadeque separates the town. It has a beautiful natural feel and has a charming old center with medieval tapered streets and lovely, ochre mud colored houses.
One of the biggest attractions of the city of Aguimes is the Parque De Cocodrilos Zoo, a zoological park that has trained parrots and crocodiles. It is indeed a fascinating place. Archeological cite called Morro del Cuervo is another attraction where the cave paintings are depicted under the preserved Aguimes Mountains.

Located in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Mount Teide is the third largest volcano in the world. The volcano and its adjacent areas form the Teide National Park. It is the most visited national park in Europe and has been declared a World Heritage Site.
The most important place to visit is the summit of Teide. You have to take a special permit from the National Park authorities. Sitting in the cable car, you will have fascinating view from the top and an exciting experience. From just below the peak, you have to take a circular walk to the peak. If there is good visibility, you can see the other Canary Islands littered around in the Atlantic from the top of Mount Teide.
From the Parador, it takes you a few minutes to reach Llano de Ucanca. The place is particularly famous for its stunning view. El Hierro is a part of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic, located off the coast of Africa. A small place, it is less than 50 kilometers from one end of the island to the other. Like the rest of the Canary archipelago, it is volcanic, and has one of the largest concentrations of volcanic craters, numbering over 800.
A designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, El Hierro has clear crystal waters that form natural swimming pools adjoining huge areas of protected forest. The clear waters on the coast make it a favorite destination for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. A number of diving schools on the island provide instruction and organize outings to the best diving spots.
With a lot of tourist interest in the place, activities like paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, caving and a host of others have come up on the island. Part of the Canary Islands chain off the African coast, Alegranza is technically a part of Spain. It is in the province of Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, which is an autonomously governed region of Spain. Its name is derived from the Spanish word that means ‘joy’.
The island is about 10 square kilometers in area, and its most prominent feature is a volcano crater with a diameter of over 1.1 km. The highest point of the island is this crater, with a peak of 289 meters above sea level, with a second peak at a height of 256 meters.
The island is located in the north eastern part of the Canary Islands chain, and is largely uninhabited. It is part of the Parque Natural de Archipiélago Chinijo, better known as the Chinijo Archipelago Natural Park. The lighthouse of Punta Delgada, located in the eastern part of Alegranza, is its only attraction.
Other tourist destinations nearby include places such as Islas Canarias, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Corralejo. These places are known for their beaches and local shopping, and generate a modest level of tourist interest. The Timanfaya National Park located close to Islas Canarias is worth a visit, as is Lanzarote, a nearby island with a surreal natural beauty not found elsewhere.
