The scorching sun all round the year means you can enjoy the sun bathing and fabulous tan anytime of the year.

Majorca has number of good resorts, hotels, apartments and villas in the abundance of the sea.

It is the best place of golf lovers since it has is the new ‘Golf Mecca’ with 14 golf resorts.

There is lot of activities for the adventurous people as well. Skiing, bicycling, water sports, sky diving, horse riding, mountain climbing, windsurfing and many more.

It has about 70 magnificent coasts and beaches with blue waters giving the most splendid views.

The grand festival San Sebastian is the most attractive occasion of the island. With the fireworks, the local, international music and mouth-watering barbeque, the festival is mind-blowing.

It is rich in arts and cultural heritage, which can be seen in the monuments, museums, cathedrals and towers.

The food in Majorca is a treat. Don’t forget to try the specialty of Menorca- the stuffed meat ‘Sabrasada’ and ‘Botiffarrones’.

Apart from the sight seeing and touring, Majorca has a good shopping markets as well. Boutiques with top designers, jeweler and shops are all with so much stuff that you can buy.

Enjoy the Stunning Landscape of Aguimes

Aguimes is a small town with landscapes and a treasury crafts and legends. The canyon of Barranco De Guayadeque separates the town. It has a beautiful natural feel and has a charming old center with medieval tapered streets and lovely, ochre mud colored houses.

One of the biggest attractions of the city of Aguimes is the Parque De Cocodrilos Zoo, a zoological park that has trained parrots and crocodiles. It is indeed a fascinating place. The two high towers of Parraquio De San Sebastian to be found in the plaza Rosario are declared to be the historic heritage of the town.

Among the beaches, the Playa Del Cabron is known for diving and Playa De Vergas is ideal for the windsurfing are few of the best beaches along the coast of Aguimes and Ingenio.

During September, the town is in a festival mood with the Festival Del Sur. It is an international theatre festival where groups from Africa, South America and Europe participate. This enriching event is a highlight every year for the local as well as the tourists.

Archeological cite called Morro del Cuervo is another attraction where the cave paintings are depicted under the preserved Aguimes Mountains.

Ibiza-The Island With 50 Beaches

Ibiza is the third biggest island in terms of surface from the Balearic archipelago. It was called the Pitiusis Island in the earlier days because of the pine trees on it. Ibiza is a wonderful island with beautiful nightlife, emerald beaches and all time blue skies.

The Island of Ibiza is divided into 5 provinces- Eivissa, the Capital city, Sant Antoni, sant Josep, Santa eularia and Sant Joan. The capital city Eivissa is the administrative center of the island and situated in the south of it. It is one of the most charming cities of the Mediterranean seas. The glorious

Sant Domingo church and Cathedral enclose of the city’s walls. The Dalt Vila is the wall surrounding the city which has heptagonal structure with three doors to get in. Atalaiassa is the highest point of the island at 475 meters.

There are more than 50 beaches on the island of Ibiza. The most popular in Sant Anoni include Cala Vadella, Cala Conta and Cala Bossa. In the southern area is the Playa D’en bossa and Las Salinas.

Ibiza Island has numerous restaurants but water is rare and valuable in Ibiza so you won’t get free water anywhere.

A Glimpse Of Lanzarote

Lanzarote is one of the beautiful Canary Islands situated 79 miles from the African coast. It is of volcanic origin and because of the eruptions in 18th and 19th century many parts appear to be from a different world and are portrayed as ‘Lunar’ and ‘Martin’.

Speaking of volcanoes, Lanzarote has the highest Volcanic Tunnel of the world called Atlantida Tunnel that is 7 km long. Lanzarote has beautiful white beaches like the Playa Blanca, papagayo. The golden sands of the Puerto del Carmen, Black sand at Playa Quemada and bleached white sands in the north just give you an amazing experience.

To let the serenity and style of Lanzarote stay intact there have been regulations on bill boarding and high rise buildings or apartments in Lanzarote.

The main attractions of the Lanzarote apart from the volcanoes and beaches include Castillo De San Jose a modern art gallery with a restaurant, the Wine Museum built over the volcanic lava, the cave of los verdas formed by the lava flows, guinate tropical park and Penguin Paradise which is a home for many species of exotic birds.

Lanzarote experiences a mild dry climate and annual rainfall of about 140mm which makes Lazanrote an ideal year round destination.

Magnificent Majorca

Majorca also known a Mallorca is one of the biggest islands of the three Balearic Islands. It is as attractive as its sister islands Ibiza and Menorca and lies in the south east coast of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea. Tourism in Majorca developed only after 1920’s after the Spanish civil war. Until then it was an attraction mainly for scholars and artists.

Auditorio de Palma is one of the top ranking concert halls in Europe is located in Majorca. It boasts of a wonderful climate, fascinating landscapes and mixed people offering you with their cultural heritage.

Palma De Mallorca is the capital city of the Majorca. It is a pleasant city with yatches, cathedrals, palms giving it a natural feeling. There are a large number of monuments including the Gothic cathedral situated in the city.

As soon as you step Majorca you will find the landmark of the place to be the glorious 14th century Gothic cathedral. The cathedral is magnificent with its beautiful interiors, a door towards the sea, the chapels and the master works of the museum.

Along with the villages, beaches and monuments, Majorca’s nightlife is also very sparkling and animated making your whole holiday enjoyable one.

Morro Jable

Morro Jable is located to the south end of Fuerteventura. Morro Jable is a fishing village with around 200 fishermen as its residents and has become tourist spot. With the increasing German tourists Morro Jable has flourished German restaurants and bars.

The beaches at Morro Jable are magnificent with white sand stretching on this paradise island. You can enjoy your favorite water sport, anything from windsurfing, sailing, skiing and diving.

The nightlife of Morro jable is a dazzling event. You can sit under the sky and watch the sparkling stars with sober music and entertainment with a drink. Many restaurants even provide live music, stand ups and cabaret. You will also find a variety of cuisine from traditional canarian food and tapas, seafood steak houses, Chinese, Italian and plenty of German food.

Other tourist attractions include the catamaran, ferry service to Gran Canaria and few sports fishing vessel. Along with the gorgeous beach harbors you will find the fishermen and the yatchmen and stroll down the lovely promenade. You can relax in any of the bars, cafes and restaurants from among plentiful.

Morro Jable beach has remarkable lighthouse at the east and is used more by the naturists while the west is more for the non-naturists.

Playa D’en Bossa Beach

Playa d’en Bossa beach or the Platje d’en Bossa is located 4 kms away from the city of Ibiza. Playa d’en Bossa is a fascinating beach with a long stretch of sand on the island.

The sandy ocean floor is covered with the clear waters making it an ideal spot for ball games and safe for children as well.This beach gives you the exceptional views of the Ibiza city that are extremely beautiful and also the extravagant scenes of the low flying aircrafts. Sun shines generously on the beach and there is little shade so you have to take cover-ups with you.

The south wind blows over the Playa d’en Bossa in a choppy swell smack and the skip are enjoyed by the windsurfers. The far end of the beach leads to the watchtower that is calmer and quieter than the other end of the island. You will enjoy a long walk towards the watchtower on the other side of the island. A top view from the watchtower is a mesmerizing scene.

The beach is lined with many bars and cafes along the stretch. If you plan a party, there are beach bars that play house music all day long and serve you with some brilliant fish recipes.

The Black Sands of Ajuy Beach

Ajuy beach is situated on the west shore of Fuerteventura, Spain. The drive from Pajara will take about twenty minutes where you have pass along the length of the valley to the Ajuy village.

Ajuy beach is completely covered with black sand, lending it a unique and astonishingly beautiful look. There are caves at the northern end of the beach. Most of people visiting Ajuy beach also make it a point to go into these caves. The caves are interesting and can be entered through a series of steps but one has to be careful while crossing them.

The sight on the trial to the caves is simply inspiring and this is largely because of the beach surrounded by the cliffs. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the American star shipwreck behind one of the headland in the south, if the weather is clear.

The long black sandy beach and the clear sea against a backdrop of the beautiful sunset look gorgeous. The pathway to the caves with a mesmerizing sight of the sea is an unforgettable experience. There are a few restaurants around the beach that serve authentic Spanish cuisine.

The Egg Of The Columbus

The Egg of Columbus is a well-known attraction in the city of Sant Antoni, on Ibiza’s western coast. The Egg is situated at the center of the main area at the entry of the town. The egg is called the landmark of Sant Antoni and is placed where Passeig de ses Fonts boulevard meets Avenida de Portmany.

The egg of Columbus was constructed in early 1990’s to honor the birth of the famous Christopher Columbus. There is similar argument that Hannibal was also born in the same area. This statue is in the shape of an egg with a hollow in between. The hollow has a replica of Christopher’s ship called the Santa Marina.

There is a story as to why the structure is egg shaped. Columbus while on way to discover the route to far east needed finances, but was rejected on the grounds that it was an impossible task. To prove his point that nothing is impossible, he asked the public if it was possible to keep an egg upright. He received a negative reply for which he cracked the egg lightly from the base and made the egg stand erect. Thus, the financial backers could not reject funding him for his trip.

The Relaxing Cala D’hort Beach

Cala d’hort beach is a small, adored beach that gives a beautiful view of the Balearic island of Es Vedra. The Es Vedra Island lays only 100 mtrs from the shore. Cala d’hort beach is a ten minute drive from Cala Vadella or San Jose. This beach is 150mtrs long and 15 to 20 mtrs wide. Cala D’hort Beach is truly incredible because of the craggy Es Vedra rocks point out towards the sea, making for a great sight.

Cala d’hort beach is covered with sand on one side with the other side consisting mostly of pebbles. Summer is the best time to visit the beach and relax under the sun. The beautiful view of the sunset during the summer months is worth watching.  Cala d’hort is supported by cliffs and situated at the end of a steep road.

When the waves are higher and hit the seashore during the breezy time, body surfing is just the enjoyable thing to do. There are a few restaurants, beach boutique, parasouls and loungers available at the beach so you don’t have to worry about amenities. Auxiliary to all this around the coast of Cala Carba you also have a seclude cove with a restaurant.
