Just about a ten minute drive from the Kos town is the peaceful and the charming resort of Psalidi. If you are at Kos town, and if you looking for some place peaceful and more charming than there, then you should probably head to Psalidi. The greatest advantage of Psalidi is its proximity to the Kos town and the peaceful atmosphere here. With a number of hotels here, accommodation is really not a problem and it is not all that crowded.

Psalidi has a few pebble and shingle beaches and a few taverns along the beaches. The tavern of “Europe” is noted for its fresh fish and “Nestoras” is yet another popular resort. Standing in the beaches you can see the Turkish coast clearly and it’s a really great sight when the sun sets. You should also check out the volcanic springs at Therma which is just about a few minutes from here.
